A customer gallery should help people understand proportion, texture and styling—not borrow someone else's image to manufacture popularity.

Show the jacket clearly

Natural light, an uncluttered background and front, side or detail views make an image more useful to someone considering the same silhouette.

Add styling context

If you choose to share, tell us the product name and how you styled or layered it. Do not include personal information you do not want associated with the image.

Permission comes first

Contacting ORLAVEN does not automatically grant publication rights. We will request and record permission before approved customer media is displayed.

How can I share an ORLAVEN image?

Use the Contact page and select the closest topic. Include the product name and explain that you want to discuss gallery permission. Do not email sensitive personal information.

Will every submitted image be published?

No. Submission does not guarantee selection or publication. ORLAVEN must first confirm suitability and usage permission.

Can I ask about removing an approved image?

Yes. Contact support with enough information to identify the image and request. ORLAVEN will review the permission record and applicable next steps.

Are stock images presented as customers?

No. Product photography and permissioned customer imagery serve different purposes and should be identified honestly.
