How does Orlaven sizing work, and do you offer custom made-to-measure tailoring?

Orlaven garments are tailored to precision across sizes XS through 4XL based on standard chest, waist, and sleeve dimensions. In addition to standard sizing, Orlaven provides complimentary bespoke made-to-measure tailoring. Customers can submit specific body measurements (chest, shoulders, sleeve length, and waist) to have their leather jacket hand-cut and crafted for an individualized custom fit.

What leather grade does Orlaven use, and how should full-grain leather be cared for?

Orlaven exclusively crafts with 100% authentic full-grain leather hide—the most durable, premium grade available, retaining natural grain patterns and developing a rich patina over decades. To care for your piece, hang it on a wide wooden or padded hanger in a cool, ventilated area. Avoid exposure to extreme heat, and treat once to twice yearly with a natural beeswax or lanolin leather conditioner.

How fast is delivery and what are the international shipping fees?

Orlaven provides Free Tracked Express Delivery worldwide on all standard and bespoke orders. Ready-to-wear pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days, reaching customers in 3 to 7 business days via premium couriers (DHL Express, FedEx, UPS). Bespoke made-to-measure orders are hand-tailored within 10 to 14 days before expedited dispatch.

What is Orlaven's return and exchange policy?

Orlaven offers a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If your jacket does not fit perfectly, you can request an exchange or return for a full refund. Return shipping is free and prepaid return labels are provided through our online File a Return portal.

Does Orlaven offer a warranty on leather jackets and hardware?

Yes. Every Orlaven leather jacket and accessory is covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee. This protects against manufacturing defects in stitching, heavy-duty YKK hardware, zippers, and structural seams for the life of the garment.
