- Fit and customization details: measurements, fit preferences, customization instructions, reference images, and other information you choose to provide for a product inquiry or order.
- Customer-service details: messages, emails, support requests, return requests, order-tracking inquiries, and any files or information you send to us.
- Reviews, gallery submissions, and other content: ratings, written reviews, photographs, videos, social handles, captions, permissions, and other material you submit or authorize us to use.

4. Shopify and other service providers
Shopify hosts the store and processes information about your access to and use of the Services so that the store can operate, transactions can be completed, and Shopify services can be provided and improved. Information submitted through the store may be transmitted to Shopify and to service providers in countries other than your own.
Depending on the features enabled for this store, Shopify may also process information to provide analytics, fraud prevention, personalization, advertising, and other enhanced services. We will use customer gallery material in accordance with the permission, release, platform terms, or other authorization connected to the submission. Contact us if you want to ask about removal. Removal from our own channels may not remove copies already shared or indexed elsewhere, and we may retain records where required for legal or operational reasons.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on factors such as whether an account or order remains active, the nature of the information, customer-service needs, warranty or dispute considerations, fraud-prevention needs, and legal, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Service messages relating to an order, account, security, or policy may still be sent when necessary.

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age at which they may lawfully provide it in their jurisdiction.
